Million Girls in Shinjuku

Million Girls is a hotel health establishment in the Shinjuku section of Tokyo. Million Girls is one of the rare handful of adult oriented shops in Japan that is totally open to accepting foreigner customers.

Hotel health operations are more or less similar to delivery health. The main difference is that customers have to go up to a counter inside of the establishment to book an appointment. With delivery health, customers just call up and request a sessions, which is similar to an outcall escort agency.

Million Girls is located in Shinjuku. It doesn’t have a million girls on staff, but there are several women working there. The shop has front desk staff as well as service providers who can speak English. They even accept foreign currency.

There are a lot of women working at Million Girls. Most of them are between the ages of eighteen and twenty two and fit, but there is some variety. They even have a Japanese porn star on staff. The pictures on the website seem to be relatively accurate.

Customers walk up to the counter and book a session with one of the available women. The women are pictured for customers. After customers make their selection they are expected to pay. There are a variety of session lengths available starting with a thirty minute appointment for 10,000 Yen ($94 USD). Next they are sent to a rental room in a nearby building.

Once in the room the play with the provider starts. First there is some mutual showering and the activity typically moves back to the bed. Play can vary depending on the actual provider, but in most cases it involves some combination of kissing, touching, oral sex and sumata.

When the session is coming to a close the provider will usually receive a phone call from the office. That tells her to finish up, shower, and get back to headquarters. Tipping is not normally done in Japan.
